Terms of Use

Johnny's Quizzes provides free daily TENQ quizzes and ticketed Friday Live quiz events. These terms apply whenever you use the site, create an account, play TENQ or buy and use a Friday Live ticket. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You must be 13 or over to create an account and play TENQ. Paid Friday Live tickets are only available to players aged 18 or over. We check age eligibility using the date of birth held on your account.

You are responsible for giving accurate account information and keeping it up to date, and for keeping your login details and any ticket codes secure.

One account per person. Misuse, cheating, tampering with the service, sharing access, or using automation or scripts to play may lead to suspension or exclusion from quizzes, leaderboards and prizes.

TENQ is free to play. You get one attempt per available quiz, played under the game rules published on the site. Rankings and prize eligibility are governed by those published rules, which we may update from time to time.

Friday Live is delivered on Zoom, and answer submission or scoring may use separate quiz software. One ticket and code per player and account per event.

Ticket codes are personal and non-transferable. They must not be shared, resold or published.

The ticket price and whether sales are open are shown before you check out. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are one-off unless we explicitly describe them otherwise; we do not currently offer any subscription.

Your ticket details, including Zoom joining information where available, are provided in My Tickets and, where available, in a transactional confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel a ticket where we identify fraud, duplicate use, abuse or a breach of these terms or the published game rules.

If we cancel an event, or we are unable to deliver it through the platform, we will communicate an appropriate refund, credit or other remedy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

Playing requires your own device, internet connection and, for Friday Live, access to Zoom. Problems with your device, connection, browser or third-party software on your side are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted experience in those circumstances. This does not limit our responsibility for the service we provide.

Questions and results occasionally need correction. Where a material scoring issue is identified, we will correct it in a way that is fair and applied consistently to everyone affected.

Features and availability may change as the service develops, and we may update these terms. The material purchase terms shown to you at the time of a purchase govern that transaction.
